I’ve always had a soft spot for old trades, family-run businesses, neighborhood taverns, local shops, and the places that have been around forever because they built a good reputation and kept showing up.
Those are the businesses I really like working with.
A lot of the time, the problem is not the business. It’s everything around it.
The website is outdated. Leads are being tracked in a notebook or spreadsheet. The same information is getting entered three different times. Customers are calling for things they should be able to do online. There’s a piece of software everyone hates, but they keep using it because they don’t know there’s another option.
I love finding those problems.
Sometimes the answer is a new website. Sometimes it’s a custom dashboard, a client portal, an automation, or a tool that doesn’t even have a neat name because it was built specifically for that business.
That’s really what I do.
I figure out what’s frustrating, repetitive, outdated, or harder than it needs to be, and I build a better way to handle it.
I’m not an agency, and I don’t want to work like one. You work directly with me. You can tell me what you need in normal words, even if you have no idea what the technical solution is yet.
That part is my job.
I want what I build to actually be useful, feel like it belongs to your business, and make you wonder why you were doing it the old way for so long.
And when it’s done, it’s yours.
