How it works

You tell me what you need. I’ll help figure out the rest.

You do not need to come to me knowing exactly what you need, what it should be called, or how it should work.

You can just tell me what you’re trying to do, what’s annoying you, or what you wish worked better.

That’s usually enough to start.

Step 1

Tell me what you’re working with

Maybe you need a website.

Maybe you have a website, but it doesn’t really do anything for you.

Maybe you’re keeping track of customers, leads, jobs, or paperwork in a way that has gotten messy.

Maybe there’s something you do over and over that you know should be easier.

Or maybe you have an idea and you’re not even sure if it can be built.

Tell me what’s going on and I’ll take it from there.

Step 2

We figure out what makes sense

Once I understand what you’re trying to do, I’ll give you my thoughts on the best way to handle it.

Sometimes that’s a website.

Sometimes it’s a custom tool, dashboard, portal, automation, or system.

Sometimes it’s a mix of a few things.

I’m not going to try to sell you something bigger than you need. I’d rather build the thing that actually solves the problem.

If you’re looking for a website, I can also put together a free mockup so you can see the direction before you commit.

Step 3

I build it

Once we agree on what we’re doing, I start building.

You’ll see things as they come together and we’ll make adjustments along the way.

I want you involved enough that it feels like yours, but not so involved that you feel like you suddenly have another job.

You don’t need to know the technical side of any of it. That part is on me.

Step 4

I make sure you know how to use it

I don’t want to hand you something and leave you wondering what half of it does.

When it’s finished, I’ll walk you through it and make sure you’re comfortable using it.

The whole point is to make something easier for you, not give you one more thing to figure out.

Step 5

It belongs to you

I’m big on this.

Your domain should be yours. Your accounts should be yours. The things I build for your business should be yours.

If you want me to stick around afterward for updates, maintenance, new ideas, or more projects, great.

If you don’t, you’re not locked into anything.

Have something in mind?

Even if you don’t know exactly what you need yet, send it over.

Tell me what you’re trying to fix, improve, or build and we’ll go from there.
